Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is a supplemental nutrition program which offers services to pregnant women, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children up to 5 years of age. Participants must meet income eligibility requirements and be found to have a medical or dietary health risk.  For more information, call ext. 148.

Family Case Management (FCM)
is a case management program founded by the Illinois Department of Human Services.  Its goal is to promote wellness and healthy lifestyles in income-eligible pregnant women, infants, and children by assisting with early access to needed health care and by providing health education and other services. Eligible pregnant women can receive a temporary medical card through the FCM program. For more information or an appointment, call ext. 110.

Teen Parent Services (TPS)
is an intensive case management program funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services. The TPS program provides comprehensive services to pregnant or parenting teens, under age 20, who have not completed high school. The goal of TPS is to increase the number of pregnant or parenting teens who graduate from high school or receive their GED, reduce subsequent births, and promote wellness and healthy lifestyles for themselves and their children. HealthWorks
is a medical case management program that ensures that children in the care and custody of DCFS have ongoing and timely access to essential health care. JCHD is the Lead Agency providing services to Franklin, Gallatin, Jackson, Perry, Saline, White, and Williamson Counties. For more information, call ext. 164.
